A.B.C. is a not-for-profit organization whose primary objective is to assist those seeking a college education in the field of business or entrepreneurship.  A.B.C. immediate goal is to raise enough money to provide scholarship dollars to those who meet the criteria and  also assist first year entrepreneurs with basic business start up costs.  Our funding comes from in-kind funds, private donations, and various fundraising efforts. 

A.B.C. was founded by two friends who had not attended college and soon discovered the difficulties of entering corporate america without a sufficient educational background.  Each of them believed they were "Anointed By Christ", so one friend decided to pursue a college degree while the other friend took the road to entrepreneurship!  They collectively started hosting event fundraisers in an effort to build a private funding source that would provide financial assistance to low income families, single parents and other individuals seeking a higher education and/or entrepreneurs needing financial assistance with basic start up business costs.  This initiative led to the organization of A.B.C. Entrepreneur Scholarship Grant Foundation!

Mission Statement 

Our passion is to educate individuals on the importance of gaining an education.  We believe that your education is the "one" thing that can never be taken away from you!  Today's society is designed to employ those who have obtained the science required to master the art and it is our goal to help those who desire a higher education reach their dream.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance to individuals who seek a higher education in the field of business or entrepreneurship.  We also provide financial assistance to first year entrepreneurs.  We understand that entrepreneurs are the leaders of the future, who will continue the economic development of our communities by creating jobs for years to come and we are committed to making a contribution to support those efforts.

Scholarship Criteria:

College students must meet the following criteria:

1.  Must be enrolled in or have completed a business program.

2.  Must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.

3.  Must have participated in an internship.

4.  Must submit a letter of recommendation from your current Pastor.

5.  Must submit a 500 word essay regarding their business aspirations.

First Year Entrepreneurs must meet the following criteria:

1.  Must submit a complete business plan.

2.  Must have an established business (i.e. assumed name, tax id#, etc)

3.  Must have a bank account established in business name.

4.  Must submit a letter of recommendation from your current Pastor.

5.  Must have obtain at least a two year degree from an accredited college.
